In order to travel with one of our vessels you may purchase your tickets through:
  • Our website: www.sebeco.gr
  • The company’s central offices and agencies.
  • The travel agencies affiliated with SEBECO LINES throughout Greece.
By all means! Please call the Booking Department +30 22410 05252. An employee will make a reservation of your tickets and will inform you of its option date. Please, bear in mind that you will have to pay for your tickets within this deadline otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.
If you have booked your tickets through our website or over the phone from our Booking Department, you may receive your tickets from:
  • The company’s Port Kiosks in the departure ports.
  • Our central offices and agencies.
  • You can also receive your e-ticket via SMS or e-mail.
You must show your ticket either to the agency that has issued it or to one of the company’s central agencies in order to be replaced provided there is availability on the desired date. The ticket date can be changed up to three (3) hours prior the departure indicated in the ticket you wish to change.

Open-date tickets are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
In order to travel, you have to replace the open-date ticket with a ticket that indicates your desired travel date and time provided there is availability. Thus, you must show your open-date ticket to a company’s central or port agency to replace it.
Tickets cancellations and refunds are possible through the company’s central offices and central agencies and only when the original tickets are presented. Tickets are not cancelled over the phone. All tickets can be turned into open-date tickets (once printed and received by the customer) with one (1) year validity from the date of issue. If you wish to redeem your ticket, the following conditions apply: CANCELLATION POLICY/REFUNDS
  • 100% refund of the ticket fare up to 14 days prior the scheduled departure.
  • 75% refund of the ticket fare up to 7 days prior the scheduled departure.
  • 50% refund of the ticket fare up to 12 hours prior the scheduled departure.
You are not entitled to a refund within 12 hours prior the scheduled departure. After departure: Tickets are not cancelled, nor change into Open Date Tickets and the date of travel may not be changed.
Passengers must be at the port no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time and strictly one (1) hour before the scheduled departure time if they travel with vehicles.
In case you lose your ticket, you must purchase a new one in order to travel. Then, you must inform the company in writing on the loss, mentioning all the data of the lost ticket (date of travel, route and ticket number), the new ticket number and a copy of the latter. If the lost ticket is not found to have travelled in the records of the company within one (1) month from the date of travel, the company will replace it with a free ticket of the same route and class as the lost one.
ANES Ferries shall not be responsible for any delay in service or voyage cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or as ordered by the Ministry of Merchantile Marine or of the Port Authorities or for reasons of force majeure. In this case, tickets can be redeemed at the Central Port Agencies or at the company’s central offices upon presentation of the ticket being intact.
Our company provides a number of discounts for special categories of passengers (children, students. etc.) You may be informed about our offers and discounts through our website || www.sebeco.gr/ || .If you belong to one of these categories and you buy a discount ticket, it is important to remember that you must have with you all the necessary documentation in order to present it during the check-in before boarding and during the trip if necessary.
Guidelines for the transportation of pets Pets are not allowed to remain in any indoor public areas, nor within or near health regulated facilities (bars, restaurants etc.). Only their passing through corridors or stairs while being transported to and from the aforementioned specially designed spaces is allowed. Pet owners must have with them a pet carrier for small pets (<10kg). Pets not travelling in a pet carrier should be on a leash/chain and wear a muzzle. Pets must be vaccinated and accompanied by their newly updated health card/passport, which must be presented to the crew prior to boarding. Pet owners will be responsible for their pets’ food and hygiene, as well as for any personal injury or material damage that they may cause.

The ship departs daily from the port of Kolona. Every Tuesday evening (17:30) the ship will depart from the tourist port.

Smoking is not allowed onboard.
